Many of our suppliers, we have used since inception of our business, others we have chosen because of the standard of their ingredients and products meets the demands we put on ourselves for quality, fair trade, carbon footprint and sustainability.
With the exception of the fresh Shellfish when we are at one of our wedding venues in Tarbet we try where possible try to source as many of our products locally within a 35-mile radius from our Caldercruix base.
